In December of 2019, GoodBoy Clothing was the spotlight feature on the national docu-series Start Uphosted by Detroit host/creator/producer Gary Bredow. Airing exclusively on PBS, the episode features the fashionable clothing brand and its founder Oaklin Mixon as he continuously strives to break boundaries in his hometown of Flint, Michigan.

Detroit, Michigan was one of many cities that has experienced economical  hardship within the last few decades but is now making a powerful comeback.  With recent additions such as Little Caesars Arena, many shops align the Woodward Ave corridor and people bustle through the streets to work and play.  The city is alive and well.  However, this doesn't happen outside of committed individuals like Bruce Schwartz, who has made his home in Motown using his unique influence and abilities to make sure the city continues on a progressive trajectory.

CATTA is a leadership and martial arts center where Wilson, through his years of mentoring and his experience in the arts of Aikibujutsu, Jiujitsu, Judo, Kempo, Short Staff Fighting and Combat Boxing, trains young men how to defend themselves and others, and above all, how to carry themselves with respect and treat others in kind.
